SWE x PURC Engineering Open House

Saturday, February 15, 12:00 – 2:00 PM
Engineering Library (Fine Collaboration Hub, A Level)

The Princeton University Robotics Club (PURC) hosted their Spring Open House on Saturday, February 15th, in collaboration with SWE and other engineering organizations on campus. The event took place in the Engineering Library (Fine Collaboration Hub, A Level) and was a fantastic opportunity to explore the exciting world of robotics and connect with fellow engineers.

At the Open House, attendees enjoyed:

  • Live demos from PURC’s project teams, including their in-progress BB-8 Droid, tail-sitter drone, and maze-solving Pac-Man robot.
  • Representatives from the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE), Princeton Women in Computer Science (PWiCS), Girls Who Code, and SWE, who shared information about their organizations and upcoming events.
  • Free boba 🧋, which was a hit with everyone!

The event was open to all, and no RSVP was required. It was a great way to learn about PURC’s projects, meet members of other engineering clubs, and enjoy some delicious boba.

Thank you to everyone who attended, and a special thanks to PURC for organizing such a fun and engaging event!
