WE24 Conference
This year, Princeton University’s Society of Women Engineers (SWE) chapter had the privilege of attending WE24, the world’s largest conference for women in engineering and technology. With the powerful theme Together We Rise, the event brought thousands of attendees together for three transformative days filled with workshops, networking, and inspiration. Princeton SWE members joined over 450 organizations at the career fair, explored more than 200 sessions, and built lasting connections across a global community of women engineers. Departmental Mixer Study Break
We hosted a study break where underclassmen could come grab some yummy boba and have their questions answered about anything relating to BSE from classes to minors/certificates to clubs to research to internships and everything in between! We had representatives from CBE, CEE, COS, ECE, MAE, and ORFE who shared their advice and insight from their experiences at Princeton.
Welcome Back Event
We had our 2024-2025 school year welcome & introduction event on September 13th! The SWE board introduced themselves to our new and returning members. After giving a quick summary of SWE’s goals, we gave a overview about our fall semester events such as study breaks, community events, corporate talks, advice tables for BSE majors, and upcoming merch drop!
